A Long Island process server is a professional who delivers legal documents to individuals or parties involved in a court case exclusively in Nassau County and Suffolk County.

  3. Provide Proof of Service (Affidavit) – Submit a notarized document verifying the time, date, and method of service, which is filed with the court.
  4. Skip Tracing – Locate individuals who are hard to find or intentionally avoiding service.
  5. Surveillance (in some cases) – Used to confirm residency or whereabouts before attempting service.
